The Lodge Executive Committee
The Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) is the governing body of Taleka Lodge. It it composed of the 5 Elected Youth Officers, the Immediate Past Lodge Chief, the Youth Committee Chairmen, Youth Chapter Chiefs, the Lodge Advisor, Associate Advisors, Chapter Advisors, the Scout Executive, and the Lodge Staff Advisor. Only youth members of the LEC (those under 21 years of age) can vote and make decisions. Adults function in a support/advisory role.
